PERSONAL INFORMATION
Majoring in nursing.
Daughter of Rachelle and Taylor Haines.

WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield for many reasons, the biggest one being their notorious nursing program. I also want to be a part of a college where I can communicate and build relationships with both my peers and academic leaders like teachers and coaches.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete means that I am creating friendships with people who are both working hard at the sport as well as academically. Obviously as a student-athlete the student comes first, but I believe being a student-athlete provides opportunities for support in real life.

WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I began swimming competitively at a very young age and at one point I got burnt out. I then joined my high school's swim team freshman year which rekindled my love for the sport. I am proud to say that I have a strong voice and positive personality which I believe has put me into leadership roles, and while in these roles I worked to be the best I could be.

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? I am focusing on pursuing a career as a RN. Linfield is helping me achieve that career goal by providing me with resources as well as a stellar program that was designed to put people like me out into the world ready for a job.
