WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because I knew I wanted to continue my swimming career and I love the close-knit community.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete at Linfield means so much to me, and it's a great honor. Growing up, I dreamed of swimming in college, and now that it's coming true it feels so surreal! Go Wildcats!

WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I have the ability to not only be getting an education, but also be doing the sport that I love most!

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? I want to become a Marine Biologist someday. Getting my Bachelor's degree in Biology will be one step closer to getting my dream job!

WHAT'S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU'VE TAKEN? Education 150 has been my favorite course I have taken at Linfield so far. I was able to be introduced to student-teaching and learn more about my future as a teacher. My professor was also very welcoming and kind which made class more enjoyable.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? The most inspirational person in my life has easily been my sister Cora Bobo-Shisler. Cora has always been kind, focused, determined, and supportive. She took care of me last year when I was extremely ill last year and has never failed to be there for anyone in her life. She drove an hour just to take me urgent care and the ER. She did it with kindness, grace, and love. She inspires me to be better and push through hard times.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I'VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... I have learned that working as a team and pushing one another is the only way to truly be successful and have fun. Without teamwork and communication, the Linfield Swimming girls’ team would not be where we are today. We had to move past some difficult issues last year, but with communication and understanding we are now stronger than ever.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... As a team, I would love for the Linfield Girls swim team to have open, honest communication and for us to work together no matter how hard it gets. I hope that we can push each other so that we could possibly place at Conference this year! As for me individually, I would love to just enjoy the season and work harder than ever. I would love to place top 3 individually at Conference this year!
