Competed in swimming, football and baseball.
Swimming team captain.
Twice named WaHi’s most improved swimmer.
Two-time district finalist.
 
PERSONAL
Majoring in sport management.
Son of Erika and Matthew Helm.
Father is head volleyball coach at Whitman College.
 
WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because of the small class sizes and teacher-to-student ratio.
 
WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY FREE TIME…Go to the river and swim.
 
THE GREATEST LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…Time management.
 
WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield athletic career was the winter training trip in Hawaii during January 2020.
