WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AT LINFIELD?
The best class I have taken at Linfield was Sports Psychology, because it really dives into the mentality of performance & the characteristics or skills one must acquire to prevent certain ways of thinking. Retraining the mind to look at situations of adversity as a positive rather than a negative.

WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY FREE TIME…
Hiking, kayaking, spending time with family & friends, travelling across the nation and internationally.

THE GREATEST LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…
Family is made up of individuals that you surround yourselves with, that all have a common goal and follow a vision to be the best person & athlete they can be and persist to hold each other accountable to a standard that challenges you to step up. This really falls in line with the concept of TEAM (Together Everybody Achieves More).

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD CAREER THUS FAR?
The highlight of my Linfield athletic career is being surrounded by a positive and supporting environment that is reflective by coaches and teammates.
