THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... The greatest principle I’ve learned in Linfield athletics is the virtue of patience; trusting the process. 

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... My goal for the team is to win a conference championship, and to take a relay team to nationals.
