WHY LINFIELD? I chose to come to Linfield for the superior academics and athletics offered 30 minutes from my hometown. The school spirit and work ethic of Linfield's study body is unreal!
Â
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete at Linfield means to me is a second chance. After a rough freshman year in Seattle, I am determined to make the most out of the opportunity I've been given from Coach Kyle and the Linfield faculty.
Â
WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I have a plethora of events that I can swim which puts me in a unique spot where if our team has a hole in a certain area I am able to fill that hole.
WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY? The best Linfield class I have taken so far was managerial accounting. This was the best class for me because it involved skills I'll use later in my career.Â
WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? The person who has been my greatest inspiration is probably either my mother or father. They both have been my biggest supporters in sport and life, without them I wouldn't be where I am today as an athlete and a person.Â
THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... The greatest principle or lesson I've learned while competing in athletics at Linfield has been that if you work hard, and keep your nose clean, rewards will come.Â
AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... As a Linfield-Student Athlete, my goals individually and collectively for my team are to lead by example and to bring home a conference championship for the boys.Â
WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? My career focus is definitely geared toward something in the exercise world. I am not exactly sure what I would like to do after Linfield, but I am hoping here at Linfield I will figure that out.
