WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN? The best class I've taken at Linfield was Biology 289 Northwest Ecology / Environmental Writing. This class not only strengthened my creative writing skills but hit on key concepts that are useful for my major in biology. Furthermore, this class had multiple overnight class field trips which allowed close friendships to be made and provided a different approach for teaching.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? My greatest inspiration would have to be both of my parents for I cannot choose one. Both of them have achieved great success in completely different career fields and have been the biggest support team for me on and off the mat. I never could have been where I am at without their continuous support and guidance.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN… Be easy on yourself. Like many college wrestlers I experienced great success in high school, however, stepping up to another level is never easy and can be very mentally taxing. Give yourself a break and know you deserve to be at this level.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE… Individually, my goals are to qualify and compete at nationals for Linfield. Whereas, collectively I strive to support and better my teammates through demonstrated actions and discipline. We are creating a family, not just a team.
