WHY LINFIELD?
I chose Linfield because I love how small the school is and all the connections that I can make with anyone, and being close with others.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU?
Being a student athlete to me means that I have a built-in family. I’m looking forward to all the memories I get to make with all my teammates. I’m so lucky that I got to go to such a great school for both academics and athletics.

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON?
It made me a better person by helping me with my communication skills, creating new friendships, and my leadership skills.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
I see myself creating designs for big companies or living in New York with all my doggies and cats.

WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY?
The best class I’ve taken has to be my Inquiry seminar. I took Discography, which is all about music. I enjoyed the class a lot because it was super freeing. We could choose what we wanted to write about, it just had to be a part of the topic.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL?
My biggest inspirations in life are my parents. Their work ethic and how they move through life amazes me. They get it, I aspire to be like them. They are good at understanding adult things like mortgages, bills and taxes. They also created an amazing and loving family; we are all super close.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I'VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…
I’ve learned not to get into my head so quickly. I’ve always been a person who immediately gets into their head when I make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes and your teammates help you get out of those slumps that you have.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE…
Individually I don’t want to get into my head, always have confidence but stay humble, and keep my grades up. For the team I want to work hard always, have great friendships, and create a fun and safe playing environment.
