Â
WHY LINFIELD? I chose to attend Linfield because of its student athlete atmosphere and its great educational programs.
Â
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? It means that I am able to continue playing the sport I love while getting an education which is everything. Playing a sport for the school I attend helps keep me motivated and involved in the school.
Â
WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE?
I slide on hard court more than most people.
Â
WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? I would like to help run or own some kind of vacation center or theme park or hotel and I am hoping that Linfield’s management program can help me get there.
Â
WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AT LINFIELD? The best Linfield class I have taken is Economics of College Sports with Randy Grant. Professor Grant is always available to help, I liked the topics we covered in the class, and we went on a cool field trip to Portland as a class.
Â
WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY FREE TIME…Snowboarding, hiking, playing pickleball and spikeball.
Â
THE GREATEST LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…It is not over till it is over, keep fighting.
Â
WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield career thus far was me and my doubles partner, Will Worth, beating the No. 2 doubles team of Pacific.
