THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... Playing college sports is an incredible experience, and leadership is indeed a vital principle that has had a profound impact on my journey. As a college athlete, being a leader means more than just excelling on the field. It involves inspiring and motivating your teammates, setting a positive example, and fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie. Strong leadership can elevate the performance of the entire team, creating a winning culture and a supportive environment.
