WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I chose to attend Linfield because I saw this university as a place where I could learn and build both in the classroom, as well as on the golf course.
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? Being a student-athlete means representing both sides of being a Linfield Wildcat. In order to be a good athlete, you first have to thrive in the classroom. If you don't succeed in the classroom, you will never get the opportunity to showcase your ability on the court, the course, or the field.
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Participating in sports has made me a better person because it has taught me perseverance and how to work well within a team. There are only a few individual sports, and even in those sports you are part of a team. The only way you can win in sports, is to rely on those around you.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? I see myself working to become the CFO of a winery, either in Oregon or California.
