Majoring in management.  
Son of Meagen and James Powers. 
 
WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield for the amazing academics and to be a part of a great football program. 
 
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete means that I need to work hard in the classroom and on the field.  
 
Coach Smith's thoughts: "Another young man from the Rogue Valley, Tobias was one of the top prospects we identified early in recruiting. We love that he comes from a coaching family and we love his physicality in his running. He has great leg strength and vision, which combine for consistent positive yardage. Tobias had many options and we are very excited to have him in the CatDome. Tobias was a driving force on the best Hidden Valley team I have ever seen, except possibly for Coach Mitchell's 1978 Hidden Valley squad."
