Named first-team all-Kauai Interscholastic Federation linebacker during senior year.
Earned first-team all-State (Hawaii Division II) honors in 2016.
Voted team captain of the Warriors during his senior year.
Lettered six times in football, baseball and track & field in while at Kapaa High School.

Majoring in management.
Son of Henry Kupihea.
 
WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield College because I loved the winning tradition and values that the college promotes.  
 
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete at Linfield means that we are held to a high standard and must be responsible for all actions.
 
WHAT MAKES YOU AN INTERESTING STUDENT-ATHLETE? I am Kanaka Maoli (native Hawaiian) from Anahola.
 
WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? I plan on going where ever life takes me.
 
WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU HAVE TAKEN AT LINFIELD? The best class I have taken at Linfield was my leadership class. I was able to step out of my comfort zone and get to know my peers on a different scale.
 
WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY TIME…With my Ohana, whether it is going swimming, hiking or working on the family farm.
 
THE GREATEST LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…You do not only represent yourself but also the team, your family and your community, so you have to work hard in everything you do.
 
WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD ATHLETIC CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield career thus far has been travelling the country and experiencing things that no one in my family has.
