WHY LINFIELD? The reasons I chose Linfield boiled down to their winning football tradition, year after year after year, and the opportunity to become a high contributor on the football field in the years ahead to continue this winning tradition.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD?
Being a student-athlete at Linfield is something I am very proud of. We play in one the largest and toughest conferences in the Pacific Northwest, and the number of athletes going on to play football in college is very small. I also realize that once you graduate, former college athletes are a very, very small percentage of the work force.

WHAT MAKES YOU AN INTERESTING STUDENT-ATHLETE? As a student-athlete, I feel I am able to excel both on the field and in the classroom. I plan on seeing if I am able to juggle football, school, and baseball. Since I have devoted this summer to training for football, this is the first summer that I have not played baseball since I was probably 3 years old.

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? My career focus is obtaining a business degree and I hope that Linfield will enable me to network with alumni as well as possibly set me up with an internship after my first couple of years here.

WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU HAVE TAKEN AT LINFIELD? The best class I’ve taken at Linfield was Financial Accounting as I enjoyed professor Michelini.

WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY TIME…Playing pick-up basketball and skateboarding.

THE GREATEST LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…Working hard, knowing your assignments inside out and succeeding and meeting your goals.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD ATHLETIC CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield career was winning the conference championship my freshman year while competing in several games both on offense and on special teams.
