WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because of the friendly environment and great nursing program.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? It is an honor to a student-athlete at Linfield. It is a sign of commitment to not only my grades, but also make my college and teammates proud.

WHAT MAKES YOU AN INTERESTING STUDENT-ATHLETE? I have only run cross country my senior year in high school and I have done a variety of sports.

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? I plan on focus on a nursing career as a trauma nurse. Linfield has an amazing nursing program to help me achieve it.

WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU HAVE TAKEN AT LINFIELD? The best class I’ve taken at Linfield has been Athletic Injuries and Prevention. The professor made the course content so interesting and I was able to shadow the athletic trainers on campus.

WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO… Spend time with my friends, going for hikes or running!

THE GREATEST LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD… Is what the motto “All in” means. It does not mean you are all in on the field or the course, but also in the classroom. You have to work hard not only in the sport you are participating in, but also in the classroom. Academics is really important to your success.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD ATHLETIC CAREER THUS FAR? Getting to grow so close with all my teammates, they are all like family to me.
