WHY LINFIELD? I decided to attend Linfield University because I was looking for a small school with smaller class sizes so that I would have the opportunity to form lasting relationships with students, faculty and the community. In addition, the opportunity to continue competing in college is all-the-more reason why I chose Linfield.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete at Linfield means balancing my time effectively between classes and running, as well as prioritizing my schedule. Furthermore, it means fully committing myself to both my academics and athletics to ensure my success in both.

WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I tend to be more of a quiet, reserved person; however, I have always been good at listening and observing my surroundings. Likewise, I am always very dedicated to the activities I choose to participate in, whether that be my studies or my running, which allows me to accomplish my goals.

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? Although I haven't decided on a career yet, being a mathematics major at Linfield will provide the opportunity and support to explore different career paths while guiding me in the direction of my interest in math.
