Two-year letterwinner…second team all-NWC outfielder as a junior in 2016… selected to the Grand Folks Invitational all-star team…started all 40 games as a junior in 2016…second on the team in average, hitting .340 bringing in 38 RBI’s…seven doubles and four triples…led the team in home runs with 10 (3rd best in NWC) and sacrifice hits (17)…swiped six bags and recorded a .976 fielding percentage with just two errors in the outfield last season…33 of 41 games in left or center field during his sophomore season in 2015…registered a .362 on-base percentage, recorded five extra-base hits and went 5-for-8 in stolen base attempts…battled injury but saw action in eight varsity games as a freshman…majoring in finance…earned six varsity letters in baseball and football at Central Valley High School…second team all-GSL pick in football…all-league academic honoree…received team’s hustle award…Bears’ team captain in both sports.
