Team co-captain...solid performer behind the plate and hitting in the middle of the order for three years...worked extremely hard during the offseason...has also developed into a great relief pitcher...started 33 games as a junior in 2002, batting .344 with 10 doubles and seven home runs...hit .347 with seven home runs in 2001...business major...lettered seven times in baseball and football at Columbia River High School...all-state catcher and honorable mention All-American...Greater St. Helens League Player of the Year as a senior when he hit .545\nplayed on the Vancouver Cardinals summer league team that captured the 15-year-old Babe Ruth World Series.
