WHY LINFIELD? I chose to attend Linfield because of its excellent athletic programs and the opportunity to be a collegiate student-athlete. 
 
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? Being a student-athlete means that I can continue following my dreams to become a professional athlete while also being able to further my education at a great place. 
 
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Participating in sports has helped me become who I am today. It has taught me lessons on handling both failure and success with grace. It has also allowed me to make lifelong connections that better me every day. 
 
WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I am able to compete at the collegiate level while also doing great things with my education. 
 
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? In 10 years, I see myself being a major league starter. 
 
WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN? The best class that I have taken at Linfield has been genetics. It taught me about all the little things that our bodies are constantly doing that allow us to function and I found that very interesting. 
 
WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? The greatest inspiration in my life has been my parents. They have taught me the value of hard work and respecting others and they make me want to be the best version of myself. 
 
THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN… The greatest lesson I have learned while playing sports is that consistency and patience will pay off. Nothing in athletics comes easy and there will be set backs that you have to deal with that are much easier to overcome with those two attributes. 
 
AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE…  My goals for this season individually are to compete to the best of my ability and throw gas. My goals for the team are to win as much as possible and play deep into May.
