Developed into a great hitter and has worked extremely hard to improve his defensive play\nbecome a very solid defensive first baseman\ncan hit for average and power\nshould be an impact hitter in the middle of the lineup\nreturning letterwinner\nearned second team all-NWC as a DH as a sophomore in 2004\nhit .365 with five home runs and 23 RBI\njunior varsity team member in 2003\npsychology major\nthree-year letterwinner in baseball at Baker High School...two-time most valuable player and first team Greater Oregon League all-star...team captain and all-state pick as a senior...competed in the East-West all-star series following graduation.
