The Lord's Prayer

Immediately following each traditional pre-game national anthem, fans may notice the Wildcats gathered closely together on one knee in a huge circle with heads bowed.  While the ritual may look somewhat unusual, the Wildcats are actually just carrying out a tradition of reciting the Lord’s Prayer, as they complete their pre-game routine.  

The Lord’s Prayer is also recited by the team immediately following every Friday afternoon practice.
