WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because I felt very comfortable and I connected with the people at the school almost right away, which was largely what I was searching for in a college environment. I felt extremely welcomed right away by the team and even other students that I met. I felt like the staff really cared about my needs and wanted to make sure I have all the resources I need to feel comfortable as I begin my college journey.

WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AT LINFIELD? The best class I’ve taken here would probably have to be SOC 201: Crime, Deviance, and Social Control because it was super eye opening for me with regards to human interaction and how our society views crime. It was important to me because the professor was really good about not teaching with bias for any one group of people and that made the whole learning experience super amazing.

WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY FREE TIME…Listening to podcasts! There is this amazing medical history podcast that I have grown to love that is easy to listen to while I am cleaning or driving or making food.

THE GREATEST LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…Don’t take what your coach says to you for granted.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... To be a great teammate and friend that others are able to rely on.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield athletic career was the winter training trip during January 2020 in Hawaii with the team.
