WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield for a chance to study something that interests me and a chance to continue playing baseball.

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? My career focus is in the sports world, I have taken the career development class over Jan Term where we learned many valuable skills. Not only did we visit tons of sports companies we also learned more about ourselves and were able to dive into what we want to do in our careers.

WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AT LINFIELD? The best class I have taken at Linfield was Sport Marketing, because it gave me a ton of information on important trends and marketing concepts as I enter the sport business world next year.

WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY FREE TIME…Fishing, watching movies and hanging out with my friends.

THE GREATEST LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…People know Linfield everywhere you go, and you are always acting as a representation of your school, employer etc. I was stepping up to the plate for my first at-bat in the Northwoods league on the road in Willmar, Minnesota and somebody yelled from the stands "GO WILDCATS!" Linfield has such a strong alumni base and this just proves you can find them anywhere. So always treat others with respect and be a good representation for yourself and others.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield career thus far was hitting the game-tying home run against Willamette or scaling the wall to rob a home run against Pacific, I can’t pick one!
