WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because of the small class sizes, student to teacher ratio, athletic facilities, and the coaching staff.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete means I get the opportunity to be a part of a small community of people that care a lot about academics and athletics.

WHAT’S THE BEST CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AT LINFIELD AND WHY? The best classes I’ve taken were all of my accounting courses. It was fun to take classes that weren’t directly related to my major. I could use that information in my future job after college.

WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I love spending time outdoors and away from technology. I also love to work out but have a good time doing it.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION TO YOU IN YOUR LIFE? Chris Murphey and my mom. Watching both of them go through battles with cancer has been eye-opening. It was amazing to watch how strong they were through their battles and how they continued to fight every day.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... Work hard in everything you do and give 110 percent into everything.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY ARE... Win a conference championship and a national title.

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? I want to be in the administrative side of the business world when I graduate. With the small class sizes, I will get a lot of hands-on experience and have connections so I can go straight into the job world when I graduate.
