WHY LINFIELD? The reason why I chose Linfield is because they have a strong swimming program and they had what I wanted to major in. I instantly fell in love with the campus and the amazing people there.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete means a lot because I always dreamed of being a part of a sports team in college and also because I wanted to be the first person in my family to be part of a sports team in college.

WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I have always worked extra hard in classes so that I was never ineligible to compete.

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? My career focus is sport management and with few schools offering the major, it drew me to Linfield. Linfield also had a strong swim team which made my decision easier.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? My biggest inspiration in my life would be my mom. She has been by my side every step leading to college by helping me stay motivated, taught me to be humble and to be supportive to everyone around me.

THE GREATEST LESSON I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN… To be respectful and to be a team player that helps motivate my fellow swimmers.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE… As a Linfield Student-Athlete my goals individually is to improve as a swimmer during my last year at Linfield. As well as to help guide my team to victory and to teach them the importance of being a leader and for them to understand the importance of sportsmanship.
