WHY LINFIELD? I chose to attend Linfield because it felt like home as soon as I stepped foot on the campus! I loved the atmosphere and knew right away that this is where I wanted to be. I loved the volleyball program and am so excited to grow with this team and show everyone what we are capable of accomplishing!

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete is always something I've been really proud of. It gives me a way to represent the school that I am proudly attending and this sport also gives me a voice! Through being a student-athlete I have learned so many different lessons, from time management to team work and especially the importance of being a good student and how that can set you up for so many different opportunities.

WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? Something that makes me interesting as a student-athlete is that in my career at Mt. Hood Community College I overcame two season-ending injuries. Having to overcome these two injuries taught me the importance of being a team player from a different perspective and all that extra time gave me an opportunity to understand the importance of being a student. It gave me time to juggle being a full-time athlete and student and gave me the opportunity to step up on the team and support them through the season and school.

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? My career focus is business management and Linfield is helping me achieve this by their amazing business program! As soon as I get to campus I will be able to start my degree towards management, they have been so awesome and helpful during the transfer process and I am so thankful!
