Linfield baseball adds Ethan Krupp to the Wildcats assistant coaching staff ahead of the 2027 season.

A native of Corvallis, Oregon, the 2024 graduate of the University of Jamestown, Krupp spent three seasons with the Jimmies after transferring from Chemeketa Community College. The right-handed pitcher made 43 career appearances (13th all-time) out of the bullpen during his time at Jamestown. As a senior, he posted a 2.84 ERA while recording 23 strikeouts in 14 appearances, helping anchor the Jimmies' pitching staff. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Health and Fitness from University of Jamestown and will graduate with his Masters of Sports Leadership in May 2027. 

Krupp began his baseball career at Crescent Valley High School, where he was a two-time First Team Mid-Willamette Conference Pitcher and participated in the 5A/6A Oregon High School All-Star Series. 

Krupp previously was an assistant coach at Chemeketa Community College in 2025 and 2026, where he led the pitching staff to a top-10 finish in the Northwest Athletic Conference, where the pitching staff ranked eighth in the conference, and earned a postseason berth in 2025. 

The first-year assistant is set to oversee the 'Cats pitching staff alongside other duties with the baseball program.
