FOREST GROVE, Ore. --- Linfield women's wrestling ended the regular season on Sunday night at Northwest Conference foe Pacific, falling 29-14.
 
Pacific had an early advantage in the dual, forfeiting just one match to Linfield's four. The two NWC teams each had two wins in the four matches on Sunday. Cadence Fineran and Cassidy Jones-Mowen fell in close battles, each stretching past the first period.
 
Seniors Klaira Flatt and Ayana Medina led the team, with Flatt grinding to the end of the match, earning a hard-fought 9-3 decision. Medina pinned her opponent in the first period of the 160-pound match, earning five points for the team. Pacific captured the dual, 29-14.
 
The regular season comes to an end for Linfield women's wrestling, aiming to make the NCAA DIII Upper Midwest Regional.
