| By:
McMINNVILLE, Ore.. --- Linfield men's wrestling finished with three-straight wins to earn a 27-18 comeback victory over Treasure Valley CC at the third-annual Night at the Museum hosted by the Evergreen Aviation Museum.

To open the night, Max Vander Meide dominated the 133-pound bout, cruising to a 19-1 technical fall, ending the match early in the second period. Fermin Carillo came up short at 141-pounds, and the TVCC lead was aided by a medical forfeit at 149-pounds. Damon Gasilos overcame adversity to end the first batch of men's bouts under the tail of the Spruce Goose, pinning his opponent halfway through the second period of the 157-pound match.

Lucien Lefebvre and Alex Tapia dropped the first matches of the final wave of men's bouts for the evening, giving TVCC a sizeable lead in the team scores. Trey Dieringer shifted the momentum at 184-pounds, overpowering his opponent to a 16-1 technical fall in just the first period of the match.

At 197-pounds Ethan Ensrud kept the 'Cats hopes of claiming a team win alive, also dominating to a 19-1 tech fall, almost exactly the same outcome as the match prior. The second-consecutive win helped Linfield take a three-point lead entering the final match, essentially set to decide the outcome of the dual.

Camden Roofener represented Linfield at 285-pounds, taking an early lead over his opponent. Roofener was able to catch his opponent in a bad position, earning the referee's whistle for a pin. The deciding-match gave the 'Cats a 27-18 win over TVCC on Friday's Night at the Museum.

The 'Cats are back in action this Sunday, heading to NWC-rival Pacific University for the Boxer Open beginning at 9 a.m. in Forest Grove, Oregon.
