OLYMPIA, Wash. --- Linfield women's wrestling competed on The Evergreen State College campus for a second time this season, led by
Cadence Fineran, who has had a strong start to 2026, earning her second runner-up finish.

Fineran won each of her first three matches via technical fall, not allowing a single point to any opponent. In the championship bout, Fineran had the first takedown of the match, but was overtaken by her opponent in the second period, falling 12-2. Going 3-1 on Sunday, Fineran placed second in the 131-pound bracket.

Klaira Flatt went 2-2 for the Wildcats in the tournament, winning 13-0 in her first match, and 12-2 in the third bout of the day. Flatt's last match ended 11-7 via fall to her opponent from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Cassidy Jones-Mowen was the third and final Wildcat to compete for Linfield in the open, falling 11-0 in her two matches for the day.

Men's and women's wrestling return home, hosting the annual Night at the Museum dual against Treasure Valley CC on Friday night at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum.
