McMINNVILLE, Ore. – The Linfield Wildcats wrapped up their 2024-25 season with an eighth-place finish at the Northwest Conference Championship, hosted at Michelbook Country Club.
Linfield posted team rounds of 357 and 347 for a two-day total of 704. The Wildcats showed resilience on their home course, trimming 10 strokes off their first-round score.
Leading the way for Linfield was
Tori Schuller, who carded rounds of 84 and 80 to finish with 164, securing 18th place on the individual leaderboard.
Josie Daywitt followed closely behind, tying for 19th with rounds of 82 and 83 to finish at 165.
Sasha Carey contributed to Linfield's effort with a total score of 185 (90-95), placing 34th, while
Sara Pate improved significantly in her second round, shooting an 89 after an opening 101 to finish 37th.
George Fox captured the team title with a dominant performance, shooting a combined 603 (+27), led by individual champion Alison Takamiya's 5-under-par 139. Whitman finished second at 628, followed by Pacific in third with 638.
