The Linfield men's and women's golf teams competed at the West Coast Classic, held on Monday and Tuesday at the Victoria Country Club in Riverside, California. The men's team finished in 11th place, while the women's team did not field enough players to post a team score.

The Linfield men's team posted a two-round total of 624 (+48) to finish 11th out of 13 teams. The Wildcats were led byÂ
Zack LaPlaca, who tied for 19th individually with a score of 150 (+6). LaPlaca carded rounds of 74 and 76 to lead the team.

Kellen Hudson also had a strong showing, finishing tied for 24th with a total of 151 (+7). Hudson improved in the second round, shooting a 75 after an opening 76.Â
Ryder Ng contributed with a two-round total of 152 (+8), tying for 26th place.

The Wildcats faced tough competition, with Ottawa University Arizona claiming the team title with a score of 576.

WOMEN
The Linfield women's team was unable to field enough players to post a team score, but individual competitors still showcased their skills.Â
Tori Schuller led the way for the Wildcats, finishing tied for 31st with a score of 182. Schuller improved in the second round, shooting an 87 after an opening 95.

Sasha Carey also competed for Linfield. Daywitt finished tied for 36th with a total of 189, while Carey placed 39th with a score of 205.

The tournament was won by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Arizona, who posted a team score of 631 (+55).
