On Monday afternoon, the Northwest Conference announced their annual Football All-Conference teams, where Linfield earned the most First Team honorees of any team in the conference. The Wildcats had eight First Team honorees, four named Second Team, and one make the Third Team in the NWC release.
Offensively, junior quarterback
Luke McNabb was the conference's top QB in 2025, throwing for over 2,350 yards, while adding over 330 on the ground. The Scappoose, Oregon, native threw 27 touchdowns, and rushed for another seven, bringing his total offense numbers to nearly 2,700 yards and 34 scores. A sports management major, McNabb completed over 62% of his passes in 2025, boasting the conference's best efficiency rating of 166.8. The son of Mary and Sean McNabb, the 'Cats QB1 now has totaled over 3,800 passing yards, 1,600 rushing yards, and 65 total touchdowns with just nine interceptions over three seasons in the purple and cardinal.Â
The Wildcat's leading receiver, senior
Caleb Woodcock, also earned Offensive First Team All-Northwest Conference honors, ranking sixth in the NWC in receiving yards per game, and third in touchdowns with 10. It marks the Yakima, Washington, native's second time on the All-Conference teams, having been named Second Team All-NWC a year ago. Majoring in applied physics, and the son of Stephanie and Joshua Woodcock, the senior wide out made 85 receptions in 2025, totaling 555-yards and 10 touchdowns over nine games. 2025 marked Woodcock's final season as a Wildcat, bringing his career totals to 1,268-yards receiving, for 18 touchdowns in 28 games played.Â
Junior punter
Cade Johannsen broke out in 2025, leading the Northwest Conference in average punt yards (44.8), earning him First Team All-Northwest Conference honors. 11 of his 30 total punts this season travelled over 50-yards, pinning opponents inside the 20-yard line 12 times; the second most in the NWC. Majoring in computer science, Johannson is the son of Kimberly and Eric Johannsen, coming to Linfield from Eugene, Oregon. Throughout the season, the junior punter ranked No.1 in Division III in punt yardage, only falling out of the rankings due to the lack of number of punts per-game; a testament to the Linfield success on offense.Â
Damascus, Oregon, native
Reid Gray earned First Team All-Conference as a punt returner, as well as Second Team honors as a defensive back/corner. On special teams, Gray led the NWC in kick return average (28.2-yards), with a long of 94-yards and one return for a touchdown. The son of Lyn and Ryan Gray, the junior made 23 total tackles on defense, including one interception and six pass breakups. Gray is currently majoring in exercise science, and looks to remain a focal point on both special teams and defense for the Wildcats in 2026.Â
Defensively, sophomore
Hudson Reink was just one of two Wildcat underclassmen to earn All-Conference honors, and the lone to be named First Team. The linebacker from West Linn, Oregon, led the Wildcats in total tackles with 60, ranking 11th in the Northwest Conference. He also led the 'Cats with 11 tackles for loss, for a total of 69-yards, including two sacks, a pass breakup and one quarterback hurry. The son of Megan and Trevor Reink, the sophomore linebacker earned Dean's List honors in his freshman season. Also at the linebacker position, senior
Blaze Holani, native of Kaneohe, Hawaii, earned his second All-Conference honor, after being named to the NWC's Second Team a year ago. Holani was third on the team in total tackles with 38, but had 10 tackles for loss, and four sacks. He led the team in pass break ups (6) and had one interception and four quarterback hurries. Holani plans to graduate in the Spring of 2026 with his degree in management.
Two Wildcat defensive backs rounded out the First Team All-Northwest Conference team, junior
Kenyon Johnson made 26 total tackles, three interceptions, six pass break ups, and recovered a fumble in his junior season. From Vancouver, Washingon, it is his second time on the NWC's All-Conference teams. The son of Melissa and Karl Johnson, is currently majoring in exercise science, and has competed the last three seasons as a Wildcat since transferring from Southern Oregon University in 2023. Junior
Brady Crenshaw ranked second on the team in total tackles (51), while adding two interceptions, two pass break ups, and a team-high three forced fumbles. It marks the first All-Conference honor in the Lebanon, Oregon, native's career, the son of Brandy and Cole Crenshaw is currently majoring in secondary education and exercise science.

Dylan Howell the lone offensive representative for Linfield on the team. The Gresham, Oregon, native is studying secondary education, and headlined a young group of offensive lineman that protected the No.1 quarterback in the conference,

Kaanan Huffman and juniorÂ
Jaydon Kaio joined Gray as Second Team honorees. Huffman, from West Linn, Oregon, is majoring in finance, making 19 tackles this season while adding 2.5 sacks and a pass breakup. The son of Tiffany and Will Huffman is a graduate student, following his transfer from Division II Central Washington University. Kaio, the son of Maile Poleki and Ryan Kaio, is majoring in management, completed his first season in the purple and cardinal after transferring from Grossmont Community College. The junior defensive lineman made 26 total tackles this season, including a team-high six sacks, ten tackles for loss, and two forced fumbles.Â
Senior
Matua Whalen was named Third Team All-Northwest Conference as a defensive lineman, making 19 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 of which were sacks. The Seattle, Washington, native earned his first All-Conference honor following 22 total games played as a Wildcat, where his senior season marked his best in his career. Whalen plans to graduate with his degree in marketing.
Linfield football ended the 2025 season with a 7-2 overall record, and 6-1 in the Northwest Conference; finishing in second in the NWC.Â
