WOODBURN, Ore. - The Linfield women's golf team finished eighth at the NWC Fall Classic, held at the OGA Golf Course over the weekend. The Wildcats compiled a team score of 738 over the two-day tournament.
 
Leading the way for Linfield was junior Josie Daywitt, who posted rounds of 86 and 84 for a total of 170, securing a 25th-place finish. Tori Schuller followed in 28th, recording scores of 82 and 91 for a two-round total of 173.
 
Other contributors for Linfield included Sasha Carey (190), Sara Pate (205), and Jackie Dietrich (274).
 
George Fox University took home the team championship with a score of 581.
