Short-handed Wildcats fall on the road at Eastern Oregon

LA GRANDE, Ore. – Only suiting up six wrestlers in the 10 weight classes, the Linfield women's wrestling team fell on the road at Eastern Oregon on Sunday, 42-5. Eastern Oregon is ranked 15th in the most recently published NAIA national rankings. 
 
Freshman Abisua Perez notched the Wildcats' only win, accepting a forfeit at 191 lbs.

The 'Cats travel to Coos Bay on Thursday, February 2, for a dual match with Southwestern Oregon Community College.
