The Linfield football program has released its 2023 schedule.
The new slate sees the Wildcats beginning the 2023 campaign with two substantial road trips. Linfield opens the season Sept. 2 at Simon Fraser in Burnaby, B.C., marking the Wildcats' first return to Canada since 1994.
After a bye on Sept. 9, Linfield heads to Southern California to battle the Redlands Bulldogs at Ted Runner Stadium on Sept. 16.
Linfield enjoys a second open weekend on Sept. 23. The Wildcats' home and Northwest Conference opener is scheduled for Sept. 30 against the Willamette Bearcats.
Linfield takes a short road trip to Portland on Oct. 7 before returning to Maxwell Field to host George Fox Oct. 14 in the annual Homecoming game.
The 'Cats then venture to Tacoma, Wash., on Oct. 21 to square off against the Puget Sound Loggers. On Oct. 28, Linfield is at home to play Pacific as part of Family Weekend.
Linfield visits Pacific Lutheran on Nov. 4. That contest will be played at Sparks Stadium in Puyallup, Wash.
The Wildcats wrap up with regular season on Nov. 11 with a matchup against Whitworth in the annual Pacific Office Automation Hall of Fame Game.
Linfield is seeking its 67th consecutive winning football season and fourth straight Northwest Conference championship this fall.
