The Linfield women's basketball team takes a break from the Northwest Conference schedule this week, hosting Bushnell on Tuesday at 6 p.m. and trekking to Corban on Thursday at 7 p.m.

THE WILDCATS
Linfield fell in two games to George Fox this past weekend. The Wildcats are scoring 58.5 points per game and averaging 31.6 rebounds per game.
Shasta Lofgren scored 25 points and 11 rebounds at the Bruins on Saturday night. She leads the conference with a rebounds per game average of 8.3 and is fifth with a scoring average of 12.8 points per game.
Second on the team in scoring is
Delaney Ragan with 10.1 points, she is also averaging 4.3 rebounds per game.
Paige LaFountain missed the two games this past weekend but is averaging 6.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
Alexis Heald scored 16 points on 8 for 11 shooting and grabbed seven rebounds on Friday night.
Peyton Bergevin and
Jordyn Feinauer, who are averaging five points per game and
Maggie Smith provide depth off the bench.
Linfield is 3-4 against Bushnell (formerly Northwest Christian), the last meeting between the two teams was in 2015. Against Corban, Linfield is 14-17 all-time but has won two of the last three, including a 58-40 win at home last season.
THE BEACONS
Bushnell is 8-2 this season and has won seven of the eight games against Cascade Collegiate Conference opponents. The lone common opponent between Linfield and Bushnell this season is Warner Pacific. The Knights went 0-2 against the Beacons and 1-1 against the Wildcats.
The Beacons are averaging 19.6 assists per game, which is third among all NAIA Division I teams. They are 11
th in the nation with a scoring average of 81.6 and ninth in the country with 5.2 blocks per game.
Leading the team in scoring is Aspen Slifka, she is averaging 15.4 points per game and averaging 2.6 rebounds per game. Kayce Mock is averaging 7.7 rebounds per game. Morgan McKinney is second on the team with a scoring average of 11.4 points per game.
THE WARRIORS
Corban is 4-4 on the season and also went 1-1 against Warner Pacific. The Warriors are averaging 70.6 points, 46 rebounds and 16.6 assists per game. Their average of 46 rebounds per game is 13
th in the NAIA.
Four Warriors are scoring in double digits this season. Halle Wright is averaging 16.3 points and seven rebounds per game, Shaelie Burgess is scoring 14 points and 9.9 rebounds per game, Holly Golenor is averaging 13.6 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. Gemma LaVergne is scoring 10.4 points per game.
Golenor's season field-goal percentage of .592 is sixth in the NAIA.
