CLAREMONT, CALIF. – The Wildcats traveled to California for spring break and take on four non-conference opponents. Linfield started out their trip with Colby College and unfortunately fell 8-1.
 
Coach Belletto's Thoughts
 
"Colby came to the match prepared to make more balls than we did today. We need to continue to develop confidence in our ability to out-compete opponents," said head coach Ben Belletto. "Cam Ventura played great doubles, and Cam and Trent both competed with great energy. We got down early at two doubles and that was the difference. After that, we played well. Good opportunities to get better this week."  
 
 
The duo of Cameron Ventura and Trent Prussing won the Wildcats lone match at the number three doubles position. Linfield struggled when it came to singles play as they dropped all six points.
