The Wildcats got off to a slow start against the Tigers, falling 0-3 to start the invitational.

Regan Dean however was a bright spot for the 'Cats as she led the team with nine kills ten digs.
Brianna Sanford and Taylor Peterson added four kills apiece for Linfield.

Taylor Souza continues to hold down the back line as she collected a team high 17 digs.

Austin
Linfield dropped their second of the tournament 1-3 to Austin but showed bright spots after taking game two of the match.

Anikalea Keliiheleua and
Audrey Hyem each pounded down ten kills for the 'Cats. Dean continued her success added eight kills and 10 digs for Linfield.

Souza had another great match on the back line picking up 19 digs for the 'Cats and adding four assists.
Tessa Doerfler collected 10 digs in the match as well.

Linfield will compete in day two of the Austin College Invitational taking on McMurry at 10 a.m. (CDT) and then Howard Payne at 2 p.m. (CDT).
