McMINNVILLE, ORE. – In the Northwest Conference home-opener the Wildcats were unable to get past the Bearcats of Willamette. Linfield falls to 0-3 in NWC play.
 
A very back and forth match for Linfield and Willamette as each point was a battle. Brianna Sanford was pounded down six kills for the 'Cats on no errors. Leisa Eto added seven kills for Linfield in the match.
 
Taylor Souza continues to man the back line for the Wildcats as she picked up 16 digs. Eto contributed for Linfield as well adding seven digs. 
 
Mattie Kelly continues to deal for the 'Cats having 22 assists in the three-set match.
